This class runs at a slower pace but that doesn’t mean the sensations of stretch are any less. Very beginner friendly, we explore poses that gently open the hips, pelvis and groin where stagnant energy can be present. Restorative postures are included, and special attention is also paid to the back and shoulders. This class includes conscious and mindful breathing practices. As your body and mind habituate to breathing, it can be a very powerful asset in life!
Classes are held on the Streetside Pavilion at Rye Town Park. The Streetside Pavilion, also known as the South Pavilion, is closest to the Dearborn Avenue Circle and overlooks the water.
