Toddler yoga with certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher! Come explore the benefits of yoga right alongside your little one. This class promotes body awareness, physical strength, and an introduction to mindfulness. We’ll include yoga poses, breathing practices, and playful music and movement exercises.
All levels welcome! Please bring your own yoga mats or towels.
Registration: None required! This program meets in the Library’s Ottinger Room, and there is a capacity limit, so it’s first-come, first-served. Don’t forget masks for anyone age 2+.
