Anyone who says “sleep like a baby” might not have a baby!
Having a new baby is both a wonderful and exhausting experience. Newborn and infant sleep can be less predictable. Some days it feels like your baby slept all day and was up all night; other days, it can feel like the opposite! This workshop will cover topics such as what to expect in those first few months, safe sleep, why sleep is essential, and how to create healthy sleep habits for restorative sleep. It will also include tips on how and when rest can become more predictable, including topics such as creating a nap schedule.
