Our children are constantly growing and changing, and one of the most important aspects of healthy physical and mental development is lots of restorative sleep. During this workshop, Certified Sleep Consultant, Johanna Snyder, will talk about the benefits of healthy sleep for young children and toddlers.
Topics include why they need sleep, transitions such as moving to a bed or dropping a nap, bedtime battles, nap strikes, and overnight waking. She will also talk about how to recreate positive feelings around sleep and how to involve your child in this process. She will leave time for all of your sleep questions.
