A Mom’s Guide To Westchester Events :: April 2024

Warmer weather and longer days are (kind of) here! We are so lucky to have so many family-friendly events around Westchester County. Be sure to check out our local library events, interactive classes, performances, and more! We encourage you to go out and try something new! The Jacob Burns Film Center (JBFC) is a nonprofit five-screen art house theater in Pleasantville, NY, with a wide range of programming, including new releases, curated series, artist talkbacks, and more. JBFC Kids is a series of family-favorite movies, uniting families for cinematic experiences every Saturday; select screenings come with special bonuses and activities offered free of cost to ticket buyers. For the first time on JBFC screens, they are showing Star Wars: A New Hope, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, and Star Wars: Return of the Jedi during the week of May 4th. Be sure to save the date and show up in costume to receive a free small popcorn!
