Let’s Count the Caps: Meet Erica!

meet Erica

I had always heard that moms wear many hats, but boy was I naïve to just how many! What kind of hats do I wear? Well, let’s count the caps…

Mom, Wife, Speech Pathologist, business owner, TeachersPayTeachers seller, Real Housewife extraordinaire (any season, any time), coffee connoisseur, amateur Italian speaker, professional bargain hunter, unpaid therapist to my near and dear, lover of everything travel, exclamation point enthusiast (!!), self-described comedian (husband would disagree), and now excited to announce Westchester Mom’s blog contributor!

Hi everyone! My name is Erica Gosling and I was born and raised in Eastchester, NY – lower Westchester County. I have so many fond memories of growing up here and love seeing my children grow up with some of the same experiences I did.

I currently live in Rye Brook with my husband, two daughters (Ella and Lena) and dog Mabel (our first born). I am a speech pathologist, working part time for the Tarrytown School District. When I’m not at school, I’m running my own speech practice for individuals with communication disorders. In my spare time (yeah right), I love to read, create materials for other educators to use and aspire to be in pajamas by 6:00 p.m. every night (don’t judge)!

I am so excited to be adding another cap to my collection as a new contributor. I have so many Westchester staples, new and old that I can’t wait to share with you all! Out of all the caps collected, the mommy hat might not always look or fit perfectly, but it will always be my favorite.

What caps do you wear?
