After the recent, unexpected blow of being let go from my retail career as an executive of 30 years, I thought it was finally time to pursue my dream. During these unprecedented times, I found the courage to start Styll Meditation (pronounced still), a new and local Larchmont-based meditation studio.

“Styll” is our natural way of being. Throughout the commotion of our day-to-day lives (Ahem..moms know this best), stillness is always there awaiting us in the present moment. How do we tap into that stillness? Through mediation. 

Meditation is a technique that focuses attention on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train concentration, awareness, achieve mental clarity, as well as the ability to reach an emotionally calm and stable state.

At Styll Meditation, we offer mindfulness and meditation classes that teach you how to reconnect with that inner sense of peace and calm in a relaxed environment. Our best in-class instructors are passionate about meditation and facilitating space for mindfulness to accommodate all levels. Our group classes feature 30-minute guided meditations that include:

We currently offer a first complimentary virtual class and a variety of virtual group classes and private sessions. Virtual group classes are $45 for a five-class pack or $10 for a single class.
