Holiday Light Parade, November 26, 6pm-8pm, 10 Spring Street, Wappingers Falls, NY

What to Expect: This family event has a parade (with trophies for best floats!), followed by the tree lighting and a special appearance from Santa.

Mistletoe Magic, November 27, 12pm, Purchase Street, Rye, NY

What to Expect: There will be lots of festivities along Purchase Street, including festive decorations, and viewings of classic holiday Christmas shows.

Frosty Day, November 27, 12:30pm, activities in downtown Armonk and lighting at Wampus Brook Park, Armonk, NY

What to Expect: This annual holiday favorite includes horse draw carriages, animated animals, build-a-Frosty, Santa, face painting, music performances, a parade, the tree lighting, and more.

Holiday Lighting and Hot Chocolate, December 1, 6pm, Memorial Plaza, 6 Memorial Highway, New Rochelle, NY

What to Expect: Enjoy hot chocolate while watching the holiday tree lighting.

Hometown Holiday, December 2, 5pm, Bronxville, NY

What to Expect: Bronxville’s classic holiday celebration

Ossining Tree Lighting, December 2, 5:30pm, Market Square, Ossining, NY

What to Expect: There will be refreshments, Christmas carols, and Santa and his elves to ring in the season at this lighting.

Rye Brook Winterfest, December 2, 5pm-9pm, Pine Ridge Park, Rye, NY

What to Expect: Winterfest will include ice sculptures, a polar express train ride around the park, games, crafts, a giant sleigh ride, musical performances, the tree and menorah lighting, and Santa.

Celebration of Lights Parade and Fireworks, December 2, 6:30pm, 35 Market Street, Poughkeepsie

What to Expect: This event, voted “Best Event of the Holiday Season” by Dutchess County Tourism, has a parade, tree lighting, and fireworks.

Bedford Tree Lighting, December 2, 7pm, Village Green, Bedford, NY

What to Expect: This event has hot chocolate, caroling, and the tree lighting to delight visitors.

Montrose Fire Station Tree Lighting, December 2, 7:00pm, Cortlandt Engine Co., Montrose Station Road, Montrose, NY

What to Expect: Come ready to countdown to the big lighting!

Chappaqua Tree Lighting, December 3, 4:30pm-6:30pm, Horace Greely House, 100 King Street, Chappaqua, NY

What to Expect: Before the lighting, create holiday crafts and Victorian ornaments. The tree lighting takes place at 5pm, and includes a visit from Santa.

Light up Larchmont, December 3, 3pm-6pm, 120 Larchmont Avenue, Larchmont, NY

What to Expect: This year, families can take photos with Santa, enjoy hot cocoa, make their own holiday crafts, and countdown to the lighting of the 25 foot tree.

Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse Holiday Lighting Ceremony, December 3, 3:30pm, Lighthouse, Sleepy Hollow, NY

What to Expect: This is the first Lighthouse Holiday lighting, and will include holiday carols, cider, hot chocolate, cookies, and a visit with Santa!

Yonkers Tree Lighting, December 3, 4:30pm, City Hall, South Broadway, Yonkers, NY

What to Expect: This year the city tree and menorah lighting celebration will include several local performances.

Holiday Tree Lighting and Pictures with Santa, December 3, 4:30pm-6:30pm, corner of Cedar and Main Streets, Dobbs Ferry, NY

What to Expect: Enjoy performances by the Dobbs Ferry High School Chorus Octet and the Hudson Valley Singers, enjoy the tree lighting, then walk down to the firehouse to get a picture with Santa!

Pound Ridge Annual Tree Lighting, December 3, 5pm-6pm, Scotts Corners, Pound Ridge, NY

What to Expect: Gather in front of the firehouse to enjoy the decorations, wait for Santa, and watch the tree light up!

Village of Tarrytown Annual Tree Lighting, December 3, 5pm, Patriot’s Park, Tarrytown, NY

What to Expect: The Warner Library will have holiday music and visits with Santa during the event.

Winterfest at Depot Square, December 3, 5pm-8pm, Depot Square, Tuckahoe, NY

What to Expect: Look for Santa to make his big entrance aboard a fire truck, then watch the tree lighting.

Ardsley Tree Lighting, December 3, 6pm, Ardsley Fire House to Legion Hall, Ardsley, NY

What to Expect: Walk from the Fire House down to Legion Hall, enjoy local performers, and see Santa.

Yorktown’s Holiday Electric Lights Parade and Tree Lighting, December 3, 6:30pm, Front Street- Jack DeVito Memorial Field, Yorktown, NY

What to Expect: Watch the electric light parade, enjoy caroling, and finish at Jack DeVito Memorial Field for the tree lighting.

Holiday Party and Tree Lighting, December 4, 2:30-4:30pm, Village Hall, Fishkill, NY

What to Expect: Enjoy a petting zoo, children’s crafts, a visit with Santa, and refreshments.

City Lights, Bright Holiday Nights, December 4, 4pm-6pm, Tibbets Park, White Plains

What to Expect: Enjoy caroling, refreshments, music, and a visit with Santa following the tree lighting.

Mamaroneck Tree Lighting, December 4, 4pm-6pm, Beach Pavilion at Harbor Island

What to Expect: There will be music, refreshments,  visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot dog and marshmallow roasting, and ornament making in addition to the tree lighting.

Bethel Annual Tree Lighting, December 5, 5:30-7pm, 19 Narragansett Avenue, Ossining,  NY

What to Expect: There will be caroling, a visit from Santa, light refreshments, and the tree lighting this year.
