I bet you are wondering what new and exciting things you and your family can get into in the dead of winter, huh? Luckily, we can provide you with some suggestions! Get Fit with the Fit Inn

Join Westchester County Moms Blog for The Mom Date: The Fit Inn’s pre/post-natal friendly fitness class. This class is a circuit-training style class with a combination of cardio sprints and strength training. It is lead by a pre/post- natal certified personal trainer (and mom). All levels welcome! Single classes are valued at $25 a class and discounts are offered on packages. After the class stay for some refreshments and the chance to win a 5-pack of Fit Inn group classes. All attendees will receive 10% off any purchase of classes.
