Spring means beautiful blooms on trees, longer daylight hours, and if your family is anything like mine it also means shuttling kids around to practices, games and tournaments. Here’s some great May event ideas for taking a break from your minivan monotony!

Friday, May 4-6, Tarrytown: It’s the annual Spring Craft Show at Lyndhurst! Hundreds of crafters and artists travel from all over to show at this truly special three day event. Kids activities and food trucks help make a day of it!

Friday, May 4, Lewisboro, Ossining and White Plains: It’s Star Wars Day. You know Star Wars, that slightly overrated movie series your son is sure he is an expert in. All three are running special programs. May the 4th be with you. And may you maintain your sanity.
